Ritual: Breaking Generational Trauma

We inherit many things from our families, some of which are strengths and some of which do harm. Generational traumas are the traumas which impacted our ancestors to such a degree that they are passed onto us often unintentionally and without awareness.

We have learned that generational trauma can be traced for up to 5 generations and can impact every aspect of our lives from our finances, to relationships, parenting styles, sex and so much more. 

In this class we will discuss the ways generational trauma is passed down and manifests into our lives, the necessary practical steps towards addressing them and then learn a ritual designed to release these traumas and patterns on a spiritual level.

This class is suitable for anyone who is willing and able to look inward and find healing.

The cost for this class is $45 for guests and $36 for members*.
